Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated timelines will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day / Priority Mail): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages
SPILL MFG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Preorders & Backorders
If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, all items will ship together once the full order is ready—unless otherwise noted.
